All custom orders or personalized pieces are final sale. All items purchased with a discount code are only eligible for exchange or store credit. Please contact Margo Manhattan Jewelry at info@margomanhattan.com for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Returns will not be accepted without a RA Number. Items must be in new and unused condition. Margo Manhattan Jewelry reserves the right to refuse return if condition is deemed unacceptable. Customers must pay return shipping and are responsible for the package until it reaches the Margo Manhattan boutique. We will provide you with a full refund, excluding shipping costs, upon receipt of goods.
