Shipping
All jewelry is shipped and insured via USPS (United States Postal Service.) All items are insured at their full retail value. All deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. Margo Manhattan Jewelry does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Return Policy
We hope you love your Margo Manhattan jewelry; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt. All custom orders or personalized pieces are final sale. All items purchased with a discount code are only eligible for exchange or store credit. Please contact Margo Manhattan Jewelry at info@margomanhattan.com for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Returns will not be accepted without a RA Number. Items must be in new and unused condition. Margo Manhattan Jewelry reserves the right to refuse return if condition is deemed unacceptable. Customers must pay return shipping and are responsible for the package until it reaches the Margo Manhattan boutique. We will provide you with a full refund, excluding shipping costs, upon receipt of goods.
Repair Policy
Our customers are allowed 5 days from receipt of goods to report items damaged as a result of shipping. Please contact us at: info@margomanhattan.com to obtain an RA number for your return. Any box shipped to us without this number will be refused.
